It should decode to the word "gender", hence "Gender Binary", and how it should be destroyed because it's innaccurate and people try to use it to pidgeonhole people who cannot or will not conform to it, causing harm and hatred for those who are not able to or who do not desire to conform to society's made up standards of what a "man" or a "woman" are.
