@RC @envgen people think snails are gross but they are so awesome. unlike landlords as well, they don't clog up the housing market by buying all the properties and extorting the less fortunate out of every penny they can by renting them out for way more than they're worth. Snails make their OWN house! How awesome is THAT!?

@Nine @envgen I plan on taking a cue from the snail and make my own little round home from natural minerals. Unfortunately it doesn't happen naturally for me though!

@RC @envgen we need to like... have houses in the ground. like little cave houses or houses in hills that are eco friendly and don't take up space and such and aaaa mostly I just want a house that is under around and in the branches of a huge tree because aaaa trees

But that fell through when I planned to leave the country!

@Nine @envgen Strawbale homes were my top choice for building technique. You can actually buy one as a kit for $38k. They are covered by most building codes (can be financed and insured).

I was likely going to buy land through my county's land bank program for $3000-10,000
