The first one you meet (early on, not spoiler) literally says "Allo Allo Allo! What's all this then? Fancy a scrap with a copper?"

@BatElite I'm not so sure? I mean it's an entirely non story related NPC. It's just one of the trainer types you can battle around the place, so I didn't think it counted as spoiling anything?
