So, I'm doing some research because my friends and I are talking about living in the woods as kinda like travelers, but I want to reduce my chances of being robbed or whatever and nowadays you need a permanent address for everything, so I decided it would be smart to have a small plot of land to keep our vans/cars/whatever we hypothetically end up doing.

While I was doing this I stumbled upon a fun fact: you can claim land in the UK for free. There's obviously more too it than that, it's a process that take 10-12 years, but it's legal, so... Anyone who wants to become a farmer or something, look into that...
