oh no i'm shipping Big the Cat and Knuckles the Echidna as part of a gigantic polycule and they're a pair of ace friends who love each other dearly and just love to spend time chilling out and gushing about how wonderful nature is and Big is actually not just a fisher but an avid marine biologist and environmentalist and Knux is just... so happy to see his big, gentle face just light up with happiness and enthusiasm whenever he talks about his passions.

@pupy Big the Cat is shaped like a friend and isn't any less clever than his friends and other cast members. He's a good, big boy, and cares very deeply. He's also very calm and sure he takes longer to think than most others but that's not him being "slow". He is just a very cautious individual, and very patient. Being a fisher involves LOTS of patience, knowledge, strategy and an eye for detail. People underestimate it a lot, think it's just tossing a line out and sitting on your arse a lot.

@pupy also it requires quick reflexes! Big is like... super calm and gentle because he knows how big and strong he really is, and wouldn't want to hurt anybody or anything. so he's always careful, always cautious, always considering how to do the least amount of harm to everyone.
