so Texas and Exusiai are clearly an item. i mean... probably. fuck it it's like touhou, all are lesbiabs.
But either way, yeah very much Girlfriends vibes for them two. Texas and Lappland have... prior history. I get a Spike Spiegel and Vicious vibe from the pair of them (with Lappland clearly being Vicious), since they're both clearly ex-Siracusian mob. Lappland talks about bringing back "the old Texas".

I think that basically... Texas and Lappland used to be in the employ or part of the Siracusian mob, Texas noped the fuck out because "fuck this shit" i guess. Either way she seems to want to help people rather than kill people, as much as possible.
Lappland on the other hand seems to get off on it I guess. She's creepy D: But has joined RI as well?
Exusiai doesn't seem to have any voice lines re: Lappland tho.

Oh wait I forgot about Sora! Sora is clearly VERY close to Texas, and vice versa. so maybe like... Sora and Texas are in a relationship? Texas left the mob for her own reasons but joined Penguin Logistics, despite the fact she seems to be the only level headed one there with the rest being kinda trigger-happy hotheads (except Sora of course), she sticks around. Exusiai and Sora mellow her out, Sora and her hook up?

Also Sora seems to know full well what PL get up to, and how much chaos they end up being wrapped up in, and is like "...eh, it's life" and still happily takes part because they're doing the right thing and also she loves Texas and wants to support her doing the right thing too?
Hm, Sora doesn't seem to have any VA lines referencing Lappland either. Wonder if there's any details I'm missing out on so far?
