several times I have gone to boil water, and forgotten to turn the kettle on, and then poured the water into the cup and wondered "hey. why is there no steam, why is this water not getting fully tea-i-fied immediately and why does it feel weird and oh goddamnit i didn't boil the kettle did i :| "
