i found the damn bar it was hidden around the back of the cuppa joe shop there, but i only found it because I had to look up the location of the cell in FNVedit and then extrapolate from there where it was and noticed in the mod it shared a location with the Cuppa Joe shop or osmething to that effect. Guh. goddammit, why is that so hidden, ffff..
I still had to cheat to get one of the cards I was looking for too because it was INSIDE a scenery object, and impossible to get otherwise.
@nautilee Yeah I'm noticing this. I still love the mod though because it really does add so much neat stuff to the fonv world, and there's some really interesting locales too but, GOD the bugs

this is a constant frustration with NVI tbh. It's got a lot of interesting stuff but some of it's buggy b/c of just, how much there is and the engine and etc
and a lot of it doesn't play super well with other mods. Like all its extra irradiated foodstuffs that aren't recognized by mods that include ways of cleansing irradiated food or sorting food/ingredients.
