@mavica well dang. o_o I mean though... what's the use case for Irc? Windows 3.11 i can understand I guess. There's always gonna be some kinda embedded system in some business that uses it and needs testing and fixing occasionally, or some VM that's running it for compatability with some ancient device that only had software for 3.x... but... IRC??
