@fluffy@queer.party I remember reading this fiction piece where it was like an advisory for other galactic species on how humans are HIGHLY recommended for starship crews, BUT that people DOING so ALSO have to be SUPER FRIGGIN CAUTIOUS about them because they
a) make friends with and bond with LITERALLY ANYTHING ALIVE (or not alive; see roombas)
b) are wildly experimental in ALL THINGS and may/have caused huge explosions "For Science"
c) said explosions sometimes result in ACTUAL science, even more scarily.
