@avie@awoo.space legit did not give two fucks about the little cardboard circles, but the slammers? GOD I wanted them. I wanted all of them.
My parents got like, this massive fuckin' tube of unbranded(?) pog knockoffs and they had these surprisingly beautiful and ... really well made METAL slammers, but one had like, sawteeth and I was like "aw fuck no these little cardboard discs are gonna get EATEN" but fuck they were nice
@pup_hime @avie@awoo.space hell yeah. That's exactly why I liked them. The metal ones are kinda brutal, most people don't like using them ebcause they damage the discs invariably :< Less of an issue when you're using crappy pogs or pog knockoffs but with your actual collection? no bueno.
Also the weight of them felt weird, but the plastic official ones? God they were nice.
Some pretty cool designs on them too!

@Nine @avie ive never seen metal ones but the plastic ones were just so weirdly satisfying? like they were thick and heavy it just felt good to hold em
