@MOKKA My reading of that is, given Undyne CAN manifest Determination on her OWN (seriously holy crap that's badass!) and refuse to die in a No Mercy/Genocide run, that her special power is that she makes Anime real simply by existing. She IS Anime. She is the epitome of Anime.
