@anne to be fair that's pretty much all you need to know for Cirno. She's The Strongest, Smartest, and most Powerful in all of Gensokyo, she's absolutely convinced of this, and she will find this Evidence guy who keeps saying otherwise and beat the tar out of them to prove it too.
