@Nezumi After looking around awhile it seemed like my best choice. It was either this or a game dev instance, and I decided Twitter serves those needs better and I should go for something furrier here.
@NovaSquirrel @Nezumi Twitter isn't really a good place for indie devs anymore, you get hidden by algorithms
@wolfcoder NES development is a bit different since there's a tight-knit community there, probably since it's a niche thing to do.
@NovaSquirrel if I had more time I'd be doing GBC stuff, myself. I've written an assembler but that's about it.
@wolfcoder One of my side projects is a GBC game, and before that I made Conway's Life for it. I'd say GBC is especially tricky design-wise because the small screen means you have to care about reaction time more than usual. Here I use little "incoming enemy" indicators to help.
@NovaSquirrel @wolfcoder Skwerl and wuff bein' friendly~
@NovaSquirrel Yeah. Is fun, furry, leftist, full of nice people, and I'm one of the few non-coders on here. (Though I'm hoping to start coding)
