I guess with the announcement of the PlayStation Classic I should give up any hope that "PS one Classics" will ever come to PS4. š
With both Nintendo and Sony abandoning the "virtual console" model of ownership, I'm appreciating more and more Sega's Genesis Classics on Steam and other platforms. It may not be the greatest emulator, but it works.
@rainwarrior And if you don't like their emulator or would rather play on a flashcart, it seems to download a standard ROM of the game onto your computer.
You can buy a completely legal, DRM free copy of Sonic 3 & Knuckles that you can play any way you want to and keep forever and I think that's important.
