What a condescending statement. You're allowed to develop what you damn well please with your computer. Also, consider that trying to make your own thing is a good learning experience!
@wolfcoder and if people didn't make new emulators because there were already so many, we wouldn't have the very amazing Mesen.
I don't read it as "don't do this" at all though, just some gentle advice you're free to ignore.
