11pm is a very dangerous time to go on ebay when i was up at 5am
(just put a bid on a psp go after thinking for far too long in the bath about what my ideal emulation handheld form factor is like, and how it'd need to support a standard charge cable and bluetooth audio)

for the record, thought process :
- I want to play (original game boy game)
- GBA SP would be nice for this but is a bit cramped
- DS Lite is less cramped and set up for emulation but I don't like using that now other than ripping DS/GBA games as I'm worried the hinge will go
- (Didn't think about my old 3DS at the time but it also lacks standard charging port/BT audio)
- GPD Win 2 has D-pad/face buttons in an awkward place plus can be nearly bricked with wrong USB-C cable. Also big.
@Dex my DS hinges have always been fine, and the real bogeyman was the shoulder buttons
@NovaSquirrel I've not had a major problem with the shoulder buttons on any model, but my DS Phat's hinge did completely break, and whenever I use the DS Lite it does feel really loose now
