I’ve gone to non-trans women for support and multiple times have been told “welcome to being a woman.” I’m so put off and confused by this dismissiveness.

It's possible they're not actively blowing you off they may just not be able to verbalize how they cope with it. They've dealt with it their entire lives. I'm sure they've developed all kinds of coping mechanisms at an age so early they didn't consciously think about it, they just did it.
I came out as gay in the late 1970s, in Utah. Yeah, I had to cope. No, I can't explain all the ways I cope, they've just been a part of me for decades.
