Way back in the olden days, they used to have refillable personal hygiene products. Fun fact: You could use the same kit (but with a different nozzle attachment) for enemas. Which is about 3 kinds of yuck I wouldn't even want to discuss, but there it is. This is where the name "douchebag" comes from.
