Celebrating one year of rooftop solar in rainy Seattle!
It generated 80% of our annual electricity. In the last 9 months we paid $50 total in electric bills, inclusive of EV charging. Rooftop solar lowers energy costs, reduces emissions and helps protect sensitive landscapes.

We just installed a 10KW system, here in SoCal. Unusually cold, cloudy, rainy, but even on the darkest days it generates some power. This summer it'll power the house and the EV, and I plan to install some house batteries for it.
