But the scariest part of this is not knowing how the partisan hacks on SCOTUS will eventually rule on this law. It's blatantly unconstitutional, but they may choose to overlook that.
@flexghost @ScottSoCal they weren't smiling. Many Democrats did challenge them on these things. But they just didn't have the votes to stop the nominations. Some of the Trump judges were stopped though. Not enough but some.
@ScottSoCal Democrats just sitting by and smiling when we knew they judges were lying when they were all appointed to office. Unqualified and uncaring about the law, pretending to be impartial.
