I have a serious question for folks. Yes, the GOP is vile.
I wonder though, have people thought what American would be like if the GOP is smashed & the current corporate Dem party has no rival?
The economic policy is pretty much the GOP policy of 30 years ago.
Foreign policy is pretty much the same as the GOP of 15 years ago.
The immigration policy is pretty much the GOP policy of 15 years ago
Etc etc etc
If the GQP is smashed and the Dem party has no rival, one will be created. Our politics are designed for a two-party system. Just as third parties wind up with one of the old parties disappearing and leaving us with two, one party would create a vacuum, and a new, viable party would be created.
It could just as easily be a party to the left of Dems as it could be a party to the right of Dems.
@ScottSoCal I hope people think a few steps ahead these days. We got in this mess because people weren’t paying enough attention. Note, I know folks like you do pay attention 😊
