One of the things that turned me against QEII and basically the entire royal family was letting Trump ride in the golden carriage. Of course, she gave Idi Amin a ride, too, but he was a much nicer person and it wasn't the fancy, all gold coach.

Did trump actually ride in the golden carriage? I remember that in 2017 he was said to be demanding a procession with a golden carriage ride. It was very controversial and all over the news at the time. I can't find any evidence that the Queen gave in to his inappropriate demand?
