The oligarchy will fight to maintain the current rules, but what they have going is unsustainable in even the short term. It will change, or it will all burn down (and change even more).
Capitalism isn't necessarily the problem, the lack of regulation and checks on capitalism is. Eventually we'll be able to have something better, but we aren't there yet.
