My cooking challenge for 2023 has been to reduce the amount of dish-washing required for any particular meal, without compromising nutrition too much. For some reason celebrity cookery books seem to skirt this type of topic :)

What I'm getting from this is that you don't measure and prep all your ingredients before-hand, and arrange them artfully in individual little bowls on your kitchen counter. Good for you.
