@TheAutisticTooter What I meant was more like after picking things, after the contract is signed, they might ask for additional things. If it's okay for you, they might then be a little bit more hungry, and then much more.
Some might not tell at all what thing they want because they just want a souvenir from this event and don't want to fiddle with picking the right "products", so you'll have to sell your work (suggest things e.g. "most clients choose additional portraits")

Contrasting point - for things like this, there could be last minute changes that are valid and necessary. Instead of no changes, I'd put in that changes must be in writing, and include the contract cost adjustments.
