How old were you when you understood that you’re #ActuallyAutistic ?
While I was 3 when I received my diagnosis, it wasn’t until years later that I knew what it was and even more until I had internalized what it meant. Approaching my 4th decade, I’m still figuring it out.
@theautisticcoach @actuallyautistic @actuallyautistics are there any non-professional online assessments you can recommend. I am thinking about getting a professional assessment. I have to check about availability near me in Germany. I only realized I have Aphantasia with Severely Deficient Autobiographical Memory (SDAM) in the past year or so. Still figuring out what to do with that. It’s like I didn’t know I was missing something and now that I know I’m missing something, I am missing it.
