What role does sex play in the lives of my #ActuallyAutistic comrades?
Some of us absolutely need it for regulation, others not. Others see it thru it a different prism. It’s taboo to talk about it, let’s change that.

Orgasms, yes, very important. Sex (with someone else involved) is more tricky, because I have that whole "don't touch me unless I know you and trust you" thing happening. Since 2010 there's been no one I know and trust well enough for that.
