What with the leg, the crutches, the inundated e-mail inbox this morning, the frantic voicemails demanding that this, that, and the other thing must be done by last week...
I'm headed for a meltdown. And I can't walk it off, because I can't walk. What do you do when your coping mechanism is broken?

@ScottSoCal @actuallyautistic Try Headspace app? There's a free trial. Breathing, guided meditations. It doesn't take a lot of time. Worth a try when you have so much on your plate.

@ScottSoCal @actuallyautistic I would try to find an alternative that hits a similar button. Example, if movement helps, maybe some upper-body dancing or stretching? #JustAThought
