I don't have much patience for this. Similar blunt wording in the 14th declared debt limit shakedowns illegal. The Biden admin refused to consider the argument as well as others challenging the shakedown and then went with how good they were at bargaining with terrorists, saving the limit for further use.
Show me that Biden people will use it or you're just wasting time and energy.
The problem with that is, any showdown would inevitably be appealed to SCOTUS. This SCOTUS, with Rapey McBeerBoy, The Handmaid, Uncle "I got mine, fuck you" Thomas, and the rest of the wackjobs.
I'd be very nervous about trying to appeal anything to this court.

This points out the disgusting Dem "Firewall." Turns out the obvious has finally been noted. Clyburn favors weakening African American power within his state. Protects HIS state power and much more significant national power within Dem party. Power to block progressives. Helped bum rush Biden from third to suddenly barely contested first. Biden made his state the lead in pres primaries. Harris' only notable effect was pointing out how Biden's concern for AAs is BS.

This gets to another fundamental of Biden and establishment Dems. They only fight progressives. Definitely not conservatives. Alabama conservatives defy SCOTUS ruling. W once said 'What army to they have?'
Repubs play hardball.
