Hey do any of you work with dogs? How do you get a start in that kind of work? Someone in my family would like to do this.

I think more definition of "work with" is needed.
Veterinarian? Vet tech? Obedience trainer? Dog walker? Dog sitter? Volunteer at the local shelter?
Different paths and requirements for each.
