There are two coyotes in my yard, because they're the true urban canine and have adapted remarkably well to human encroachment on their habitat.

@Shadejackrabbit @ink_slinger this actually feels like a comforting return to the norm to me. when i first got on masto i found all the untraceable absurdism kind of alienating, but now i think i recognize it as occupying space that otherwise gets taken up by far less pleasant traffic.
