Last night there was a link to one of Extreme Paintbrawl's songs and listening to them this must be the first time I've found a soundtrack that consistently fluctuates between good and cacophony.

@BatElite
I can't remember the music from that game... all I remember is how incredibly horrible the interface and gameplay were... it's about 80% of the way to Big Rigs: Over the Road Racing quality, in the form of an early FPS.

@Terxbor I haven't actually played it, but I do have another paintball game called Paintball Heroes and that's also bad. Not sure how the two compare though. :P

@BatElite Probably depends on WHICH XPB game you're talking about... somehow, there were four of them. The one I remember used Duke Nukem 3D's Build Engine and was sprite-based like DN3D and DOOM. The other three used actual polygonal engines.

@BatElite
I'm not sure a good paintball game has ever been made, by the way, barring Paintball Mode in Goldeneye 64.

@Terxbor Looking it up- wow! Four of them? I only saw 1 and 2 at first...sounds like you could make a collection of them~

Of course I don't know how expensive they are or how much money one is willing to waste on them.

@BatElite
I'm very sad to have purchased the first one, long, long ago. I wouldn't even pay a cent for any of them nowadays.
