Ooh, Humble Bundle has a book bundle with a bunch of The One Ring RPG books: humblebundle.com/books/lord-of

It's supposed to be really good, no?

@hardcorenarrativist I really love it.
I've been a huge Tolkien nerd in the past, and this game has kinda rekindled that flame.
It is set between Hobbit and LotR, and shows a living, breathing, BELIEVABLE Middle-Earth.
Obviously deviating from written canon, but in a way that feels very true to the original writings (imo).

@Tobi Thanks! I'll most likely buy the whole package.

Years ago a friend told me that the game was really good, but I never got the chance to play.

I'm not sure how much of a fan of the LotR I am _now_, but having a look at the mechanics of the game, and then having all those maps and information to steal for possibly other settings (assuming I never get to play the game as such) seems fair enough for the price.

@hardcorenarrativist You can just buy the $1 bundle and read the rules first 😁
