I put off renewing my medical cannabis card because I thought I would have to talk to someone, found out I could do it online, did it online, waited a week… now my expiration date is passed and my card is “in renewal” but expired. I’ve emailed their help line but I’m so worried I did something wrong and I won’t be able to use the auto-renewal and now I WILL have to talk to someone 🙃

I had to check myself on whether I was being disrespectful because my conversation partner was talking about dandelions growing on a grave, and I was like... why is that bad?
The answer generally came down to it being a sign that the groundskeeper wasn't taking care of the area. Which doesn't *not* make sense...
