@TuaoloTheJag I struggle with this too. I do endurance cardio stuff and lift weights so my body is always craving calories, but it's a challenge to give it protein and complex carbs and good fats. Sometimes I just want 1,800 calories of burger and fries!
@aquinton It's not even craving crappy food most of the time. It's just wanting a break from cooking every single meal. Even with meal prep, it just gets to feeling tedious.
