I was called a wildly paranoid crackpot on Microsoft forums 12 years ago for saying this dystopian Kafkaesque reality was coming, because it was so obviously their future direction at the time to anyone paying attention, yet somehow so invisible to everyone who believes a monopoly corporation is even capable of good will to consumers.
