videogame gore reference but not explicit

oh my god i managed to find the best setting ever in Nightmare Reaper. So , you can customise the uhhh... "juiciness" of the game, if you catch my meaning, which of course goes from "family friendly", all the way up to "ludicrous",

there's also "old" versions of the settings which uh... I guess theyre pre 1.0/release versions of the gore settings.

but my favourite is "Candy"

which ...makes everyone quite literally Burst Into Treats.

honestly more games should have gore settings that allow you to turn any gibs and blood into silly things. ...and more games should have silly options like big head and paintball mode and all that silliness. like, seriously. when did games become so serious.

@Nine I really really like how in the Japanese version of No More Heroes, enemies turn into ash rather than blood. it looks so much cooler! I wish it were an option in the US versions

re: videogame gore reference but not explicit

@atinyfairy oh dang that sounds rad . :O what about the rerelease on switch? Does that have the option?

re: videogame gore reference but not explicit

@Nine Sadly, it doesn't seem so :( The Switch version has the blood in all regions. They even made a version with rainbow blood specifically for the trailers and that's not an option either

@atinyfairy awwhaaaaaat D: D: D:

that sucks! Why would you tease like that, and then not include the rainbow blood feature in the game, Suda!? D:
