i'm gonna come out and say it:

- i unironically love comic sans as a font and will fight you to the death over it

- the windows classic theme, with all of its customizable colors and settings, and the faux-but-simple-3d effects, was the peak of operating system design

- the modern era's "all flat, no outlines, mono-color, all-caps" design guidelines deserve to be put in a landfill and buried, especially the idea that meaningful contrast is sin

@Xkeeper Comic Sans is an incredible font and I still don't know why a Comic Sans-inspired dyslexic-friendly font isn't the default system font of most OSes and web browsers

@atinyfairy The only other dyslexic-friendly font I know of is OpenDyslexic from it showing up on some tablets, and to be honest it's... rather ugly, with the letter weights being all weird; it's actually more difficult for me to read than some other basic ones
