FreeBSD

Pros:
- Such UNIX, much wow
- Reasonably straightforward ways of doing stuff
- Doesn't rely on the GNU userland

Cons:
- I don't know how to do anything
- My 360 controller doesn't work
- WHY IS SOUND SUDDENLY WORKING?! WHAT CHANGED?!
- Pretty much every bit of software written for a UNIX-like is written for Linux with the GNU userland, so even here I can't fucking escape it. IT'S EVERYWHERE!
- Why does moused even exist? I can't seem to use it in anything

Okay, add to the cons list "Electrical interference is now a thing with my speakers. OSS picks up shit like my AC or oven switching on and off now and there's a constant static playing from my speakers."
