While I've got your attention, I'd also like to remind you to take your meds if you need to, drink some water if you're thirsty, eat if it's been a while or sleep if it's that time where you are. Take care of yourself. I know it's hard, but you deserve it. You are worth every second you spend on self care for no reason other than the fact you are you.
