How much you wanna bet that they'll settle out of court in a way that changes almost nothing? I can guarantee you that if Apple thinks they're gonna lose this suit, they'll happily offer Epic the ability to bypass Apple's payment stuff and Epic will eagerly drop the suit, showing just how little this was about "freedoms" or whatever.
