whenever someone expresses interest in like dating me or something I'm still really surprised by it despite my overall self-image having improved greatly since a while back

I dunno if it's a reaction of "oh gosh, another person likes me?!?" or an "ok if I start dating this person how will I tell my other partners" type thing
