the only reason i'm able to overclock the Celeron is the fact the motherboard has jumpers for the FSB settings lmao

i still have no idea how a 400MHz Celeron was *underclocked* to 300MHz when I first got it tho

I can't seem to find any way to actually change the multiplier (the jumpers don't change much at all)

unless I really am able to change the multiplier but only within 1.5

since 66.6x4.5 gets 300
(default multiplier is x6.0)

i should see if the 7.5 setting works i guess
that'd get 500 anyway
