can having a series of antidepressant-induced dissociative events cause permanent changes that last even after you've stopped taking the medication that caused it?

@azushark that's kind of a really good question actually? I know (or at least have heard) that some recreational drugs can cause lasting effects, so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to think that prescription drugs could too? but I would expect they'd fail clinical trials if they had side effects like that
