Im writing this because I’m angry. Actually more than that, I’m 🤬 livid.

I’m an A&E reg with 9+ years experience in A&E both here and overseas. This morning was the first time EVER that I cried 😢 in my car after a shift.

I was on nights over this New Years period, but New Year was not the issue, every shift is like this now. (1/11)

@TheWolfOfSouthEnd my suggestion is to get in contact with your local iww chapter and other Labor Union orgs. Start by drumming up support for a union from your coworkers. And inform your patients frankly why things are the way they are. Support will start to come together. The end goal here is large strikes taking away profits is the only power against these people you and the common people have. Healthcare is hard to do a strike in, a&e especially. But will end with better conditions for all
