mentions bodily fluids coming out of genitals

:boosts_ok_gay: fedi, how do i modify my (estrogenated) body (with a penis) so it produces more (pre-) cum? it never was very much but lately it decreased even more. :blobcat_umm:

i've seen some sources mention that vaginal dryness can be related to low estrogen levels; i don't have lab results but i very much doubt this is the issue.

i could try raising the testosterone levels, but will that increase the leaking?

could the progesterone (too much/not enough) have something to do with it?

re: mentions bodily fluids coming out of genitals

@tastytea from what i know, this is mostly a genetics thing. The prostate is analogous to the skenes glands in the vaginal canal. The main thing you can do for this is hydrate really well. Like over 4 liters a day, make sure your electrolytes are being replaced tho. The upping testosterone might help your prostate create more semenial fluid, but the science there is shaky at best. 1

re: mentions bodily fluids coming out of genitals

@tastytea and you can't target specific cells with sex hormones otherwise gels and patches wouldn't work. It will raise your T over all, sometimes that's good we all need some right. As far as progesterone in cis perisex women progesterone supplementation causes vaginal dryness 1-10% of the time. So we can guess too much prog would do the same here but its not soild. There is also the problem on hydrodynamics 2

re: mentions bodily fluids coming out of genitals

@tastytea its a lot harder to push liquid thru a small tube than a big one. As estrogen is given for vaginal dryness a good high level would help.
So my best educated guess would be, plenty of water and estrogen. Not to much prog. stimulate the prostate often to increase glandular function. And work out kegels so you can help "push" the fluid out.

And like I said before its highly genetic, so don't beat yourself up. :blobthumbsup:

@tastytea
i looked around for some research papers
here
and wiki says dht is the main hormone that affects these glands in perisex cis men. So if you really wanted this you could take dht
