I kinda wish we had a better way of describing climate change than "tons of CO2 into the atmosphere". To me, tons isn't a useful measure of a gas. And the sky is really really really big. So it's just ... It isn't really a thing that I can wrap my head around.

Even if it's just crappy analogies like "every hour of the day we release more carbon than 5 billion pickup trucks" or "your personal carbon footprint is like opening 10,000 cans of Coke per hour", idk, something to make it feel more like a thing that's understandable.
