where can i find info about progesterone doses for diy hrt? most places say they're not putting info because it "isn't proven to work" but i don't care
@tauon these are the doses ive have taken under medical care and what I have read from research articles
@tauon I take 300mg rn cause its what my insurance covers I'll even upload a pic of the script if its helpful
