i don't think I've ever encountered an anarchist transmedicalist (trans person who believes transness for everyone is a medical condition defined by doctors and not a social locator or identity) or an anarchist who opposed autistic self-diagnosis
probably because we generally regard medical authority over how we label our experiences as an illegitimate authority 
@danishcookies i didn't mention terfs because they're less invested in medical authority. they're neutral on medical authority. they reject it or accept it when it suits them. transmeds and anti-self-dx people uphold medical authority all the time.
